Job Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and offboarding.
Develop and implement manpower strategies to support timely recruitment, workforce planning and organisational growth based on business and operational needs.
Partner with department managers and senior management to assess manpower requirements, workforce gaps and headcount budgets.
Lead, mentor and manage the HR team, providing guidance and ensuring the effective delivery of HR operations and services.
Review and enhance job grading structures, salary scales and HR practices to ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness.
Develop, review and implement HR policies and procedures in line with business requirements, audit standards and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, while continuously improving HR processes, systems and workflows to enhance efficiency.
Work closely with management and cross-functional stakeholders to address employee relations, workforce and other human capital matters.
Drive HR initiatives and projects that support employee engagement, retention, organisational effectiveness and business objectives.
Provide HR advice and recommendations to management on people-related matters and support other ad hoc assignments as required.
Job Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
At least 8 years of relevant experience in human capital management and operations.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and talent management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
