Heavy Equipment Mechanic – Construction We are hiring a Heavy Equipment Mechanic / Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our construction team in the UAE. Key Responsibilities: - Carry out inspection, maintenance, and repair of heavy construction equipment. - Diagnose and repair mechanical and basic electrical faults. - Maintain and repair skid steers, backhoe loaders, excavators, cranes, generators, and other site equipment. - Carry out preventive maintenance and routine servicing. - Repair and maintain small site equipment and power tools such as drills, grinders, and similar equipment. - Identify equipment problems and carry out repairs on site when required. - Maintain service records and report major equipment issues. - Follow company HSE procedures and site safety requirements. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance. - Hands-on experience with construction equipment and generators. - Good troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills. - Ability to work independently and attend equipment breakdowns on site. - UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
