Dream’s People + Culture team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support full-cycle recruitment activities while contributing to various initiatives and projects. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact by helping attract top talent and enhancing the candidate experience.

What will you do?
Below are some of the key responsibilities of this role. There’s more, but we’ll discuss those in person!
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, for Internships, entry level and above roles including sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates while ensuring a seamless and positive experience across Ontario, Quebec, Alberta & Saskatchewan;
- Balance multiple hiring managers and requisitions while keeping candidate experience as a top priority;
- Develop tailored recruitment and sourcing strategies that align with Dream’s evolving talent needs;
- Maintain a strong pipeline of junior talent and support grant application for emerging talent programmes;
- Act as a brand ambassador, building industry partnerships and engaging in networking, events, and social media initiatives;
- Lead campus recruitment efforts, establishing strong relationships with universities, post-secondary institutions, and continuing education programs;
- Manage multiple hiring managers and requisitions simultaneously, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience remains a top priority;
- Manage the Careers inboxes, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner;
- Coordinate and schedule in-person and virtual interviews on behalf of hiring managers and business partners;
- Draft and execute offer letters and onboarding documentation for successful candidates;
- Manage the data collection filing and onboarding process for new hires, including criminal background checks and reference checks;
- Welcome and conduct new hire orientation for employees on their first day; and
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.
What type of experience should you have?
Here’s what we’d love for you to bring to the table. We can cover the rest when we meet!
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field;
- 2+ years of relevant experience, either in a recruitment agency or corporate Talent Acquisition environment setting;
- Familiarity with UKG HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter and Glassdoor are an asset;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while staying organized and detail-oriented;
- A flexible and adaptable mindset, capable of working independently and in a team-oriented setting; and
- Strong relationship-building skills and a customer service-oriented approach.
Bonus If You Have The Following
- Experience in the real estate industry and/or recruiting in Canada, the U.S., and the EU.
- A full, clean driver’s license and ownership of a vehicle.
- A professional HR Designation (CHRP).

This is a regular, full-time position with a base salary range of $60,000-$65,000. In addition to base salary, the role is eligible for a performance-based bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes paid vacation and personal days, flexible benefits, mental health resources, access to perks and discounts, professional development support, and team-building and social events.
Compensation is determined based on several factors, including relevant experience, total years of experience, industry experience, education, and professional designations. We recognize that exceptional talent doesn’t always fit neatly into a bracket. Final compensation will be tailored to your specific experience, skills and the unique value you bring to the table. If your qualifications exceed the scope of this role, we may be open to adjusting the mandate – and the salary – to reflect that expertise.
