Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated DM Sales & Client Acquisition Executive with 1+ year of experience to drive client acquisition and sales for digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, proactive and comfortable communicating with businesses and decision-makers.
What You'll Do
- Generate and convert new business opportunities.
- Contact prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email and online platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and business challenges.
- Pitch customized digital marketing solutions.
- Explain the benefits and ROI of digital marketing services.
- Handle inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects.
- Qualify leads based on requirements, budget and business potential.
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and follow-up communication.
- Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and service delivery.
- Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
- Digital marketing sales experience will be highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, websites and lead generation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation and closing skills.
- Good objection handling and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and sales tools.
- Ability to communicate professionally with business owners and decision-makers.
