Job Overview
We are looking for a WhatsApp Marketing Professional who can plan and execute targeted WhatsApp campaigns, engage potential customers and generate qualified business leads through effective outreach and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute targeted WhatsApp marketing campaigns for business prospects.
- Identify and segment relevant prospects for WhatsApp outreach.
- Create engaging and professional WhatsApp messages based on campaign objectives.
- Conduct personalized outreach to potential customers and businesses.
- Manage regular follow-ups with prospects and interested leads.
- Generate enquiries, leads and qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update prospect databases and outreach records.
- Track campaign responses, engagement and lead conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified lead handover.
- Use AI tools to assist with message creation, personalization, prospect research and campaign planning.
- Maintain a structured follow-up process to improve lead conversion.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on outreach and lead-generation activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in WhatsApp Marketing, Lead Generation, B2B Outreach, Digital Marketing or a related role.
- Practical experience in WhatsApp-based customer/prospect outreach.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of lead generation and follow-up processes.
- Experience with marketing/outreach tools is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication, research and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month based on experience and skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
