Job Overview
We are looking for an Email Marketing Executive who can plan and execute email outreach campaigns, build prospect databases and generate business leads through effective email communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute targeted email marketing and cold email campaigns.
- Research and identify relevant prospects and potential business clients.
- Build and maintain accurate email lists and prospect databases.
- Create professional and engaging email content based on the target audience.
- Personalize email campaigns to improve response and engagement.
- Manage regular follow-ups with prospects.
- Monitor email campaign performance, including open rates, response rates and conversions.
- Test different subject lines and email messaging to improve campaign results.
- Maintain campaign records and prepare regular performance reports.
- Generate qualified leads and meetings for the sales team.
- Use AI tools to assist with prospect research, email personalization and content creation.
- Follow email outreach best practices to maintain quality and deliverability.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Email Marketing, Cold Email Outreach, Lead Generation, B2B Marketing or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with email campaigns and prospect outreach.
- Good written English and communication skills.
- Experience with email marketing/outreach tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of CRM, lead-generation tools and AI tools is an advantage.
- Strong research, follow-up and organizational skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month based on experience and skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
