Al Ahliya Sky On Demand Labor Supply is looking for an experienced Camp Boss to manage labor accommodation facilities and workforce welfare for our operations in the UAE.
Accommodation Location: Jebel Ali, Dubai

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day labor camp operations and accommodation facilities
- Supervise worker welfare, room allocations, and camp discipline
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with HSE standards
- Maintain camp occupancy records and administrative reports
- Coordinate camp inspections and maintenance activities
- Handle employee grievances and accommodation-related concerns
- Coordinate and transport employees for Medical Fitness Tests, Emirates ID Biometrics, Visa Processing, and other government-related appointments as required
- Liaise with HR, Operations, Transport, and Government Departments for smooth workforce management
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of UAE experience as a Camp Boss
- Must have handled and managed 1,000+ laborers in the UAE
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor accommodation regulations
- Excellent leadership and workforce management skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Reporting)
- Experience in manpower supply, construction, or large workforce environments is highly preferred
