Job Description: Operations Executive (Delivery & Aggregator Logistics)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day logistics, monitor rider fleets, and streamline orders coming through major aggregator platforms like noon Food/Minutes, Deliveroo, and Keeta. The ideal candidate will serve as the core communication bridge between our kitchen/fulfillment teams, independent riders, and third-party delivery partners to optimize order fulfillment and maximize customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Rider Fleet Management: Coordinate daily rider schedules, manage real-time attendance, track active routes, and handle Cash on Delivery (COD) reconciliations.
- Aggregator & Platform Coordination: Manage online merchant portals for noon, Deliveroo, and Keeta, ensuring prompt order acceptance, accurate menu/inventory synchronization, and rapid dispute resolution.
- SLA & Performance Tracking: Monitor core operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Order-to-Delivery times, rider acceptance rates, order cancellation metrics, and ratings across platforms.
- Issue & Escalation Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for riders and platform support teams to resolve issues like misplaced orders, delivery delays, app technical glitches, and customer complaints.
- Process Optimization: Identify delivery bottlenecks (e.g., driver wait times at pickup points) and implement continuous workflow updates to lower overall fulfillment costs.
Job Requirements & Qualifications :
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce fulfillment, logistics coordination, cloud kitchens, or managing delivery aggregator platforms in the UAE.
- Platform Proficiency: Direct familiarity with the backend vendor portals of noon, Deliveroo, or Keeta (e.g., optimizing menus, setting up promotions, and tracking platform metrics).
- Skills: Excellent multitasker capable of handling fast-paced communication channels (WhatsApp, delivery tracking dashboards) simultaneously. Strong data management skills using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Geographic Knowledge: Strong understanding of local delivery routes, traffic patterns, and geographic zones in Dubai/UAE to optimize rider routing.
- Language: Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is highly advantageous for communicating effectively with diverse rider pools.
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
