Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Overseas Recruitment Consultant who can bring new business through overseas recruitment agencies, manpower suppliers, and international clients.
The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new manpower requirements, develop overseas recruitment partnerships, and bring business to the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach overseas recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers.
- Generate new business leads and convert them into active manpower requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies across international markets.
- Bring blue-collar and white-collar manpower requirements to the company.
- Negotiate commercial terms, recruitment fees, and business agreements.
- Coordinate with overseas agencies regarding job requirements, candidate profiles, trade tests, documentation, and mobilization.
- Follow up with agencies and clients to secure continuous business.
- Maintain and expand a database of overseas recruitment agencies and business contacts.
- Achieve monthly business development and manpower mobilization targets.
- Coordinate with Recruitment and Operations teams for smooth candidate mobilization.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, agencies contacted, requirements received, placements, and business generated.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in overseas recruitment, manpower supply, recruitment consultancy, or business development.
- Proven ability to bring new manpower recruitment business.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Strong network of overseas recruitment agencies is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong business development and follow-up skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and convert them into business.
- Knowledge of UAE manpower supply and recruitment processes is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE for client and agency meetings.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should have an existing network of overseas recruitment agencies, a proven track record of bringing manpower business to UAE recruitment/manpower supply companies, and a valid UAE driving license.
