A fast-growing, tech-backed insurance advisory platform
is expanding its Singapore team. Backed by a NASDAQ-listed group with an established digital insurance ecosystem, this is a rare chance to join during the build-out phase — with real room to grow as the team scales from to a full advisory unit by year-end.
What You'll Do
Manage and convert a pipeline of
warm, company-provided client leads
— no cold outreach or self-sourcing required
Manage full journey from client background review → tailored proposal → policy signing → ongoing servicing
Prepare tailored insurance proposals and close deals across a panel of leading insurers (AIA, Manulife, Sun Life, etc.)
Deliver ongoing client servicing to build long-term relationships and retention

Requirements
Valid CMFAS licenses:
M5
,
M9, M9A
and
HI
Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial advisory preferred
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to support and communicate with cross-border client base
Note:
This is a fixed salary structure with no sales commission.
Compensation is 12-month fixed pay + a discretionary performance bonus tied to company profit and individual performance.
