About the Role
Our client is a well-funded AI technology company building enterprise-grade infrastructure to help organisations manage, govern, and optimise their use of large language models (LLMs) at scale. As the
Senior Product Manager
for their flagship B2B platform, you will own the product end-to-end — from early-stage definition through to scaled commercial deployment — working at the intersection of AI, developer tooling, and enterprise SaaS. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to shape how enterprises adopt AI responsibly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Lead
market and competitive research
across the enterprise AI infrastructure and LLM operations space, tracking product evolution and go-to-market strategies of key players, and translating findings into actionable product and commercial insights
Monitor API capabilities, pricing models, and SLA changes across major LLM providers, and assess their implications for platform strategy and feature prioritisation
Conduct in-depth discovery interviews with enterprise stakeholders — including IT, AI platform teams, developers, and finance — to build a structured library of industry use cases and buyer decision frameworks
Own the full
product requirements and roadmap
across both 0-to-1 and scaling stages — producing PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for core capability areas such as unified API management, intelligent routing, semantic caching, observability, enterprise governance, and hybrid deployment
Produce low- to high-fidelity
prototypes
(using Figma, Axure, or equivalent tools) and collaborate with UI/UX designers to refine key surfaces including dashboards, channel management, API key management, and cost analytics
Drive
Agile delivery
as Product Owner across sprint cycles — managing backlog priorities, sprint goals, demos, retrospectives, and release quality, including canary release strategies and rollback plans
Partner with sales and solutions teams on pre-sales demonstrations, proof-of-concept engagements, and solution design for strategic enterprise accounts; collaborate with marketing on whitepapers, feature announcements, and case studies
Define and track core
product metrics
— including activation rates, token consumption, retention, net revenue retention, cache hit rate, and failover recovery rate — and use data to drive continuous iteration
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline; minimum 5 years of
B2B / SaaS product management
experience, with at least one enterprise-grade SaaS or PaaS product taken end-to-end from design through to scaled launch
Solid command of
API-first and developer-facing product design
, including strong working knowledge of REST APIs, SDKs, webhooks, OAuth/SSO, and RBAC
Proven prototyping ability using Figma, Axure, or equivalent tools, with the capacity to independently deliver medium-complexity interaction designs
Demonstrated experience driving cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, design, operations) within Agile frameworks (Scrum / Kanban), with strong written communication skills for producing high-quality PRDs, roadmaps, and release documentation
Business-level proficiency in both English and Mandarin, as the role requires written product documentation in English and communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and customers in China and the broader region
Hands-on experience with enterprise AI or LLM adoption — such as building internal AI platforms, model routing infrastructure, or AI gateway solutions
(is a bonus)
Familiarity with the LLM operations tooling ecosystem (e.g. orchestration frameworks, vector databases, semantic caching, guardrails) and/or leading LLM API providers' capability differences, pricing structures, and rate-limit mechanics
(is a bonus)
Background in API gateway, identity management, observability tooling (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry), or cloud-native infrastructure (e.g. Kubernetes, Istio)
(is a bonus)
Experience delivering B2B SaaS products to enterprise customers across Southeast Asia, North Asia, the Middle East, or Western markets
(is a bonus)
Basic coding or scripting ability in Python or TypeScript, sufficient to read API documentation and open-source codebases
(is a bonus)
If you are passionate about technology and meet the above requirements, please don't hesitate to apply. Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Appreciate your understanding. Data provided is for recruitment purposes only.
