Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and optimize intelligent systems and AI-powered solutions, including machine learning, generative AI, autonomous agents, physical AI, robotics, and other emerging technologies to solve complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and translate requirements into scalable AI-powered solutions.
- Explore, evaluate, and implement emerging AI technologies and related innovations to drive continuous improvement, new product development, and business value creation.
- Build and validate proof-of-concepts (POCs), prototypes, and reference architectures for new AI use cases and technologies.
- Develop and integrate AI capabilities such as large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agents, automation workflows, predictive analytics, and intelligent knowledge systems.
- Design and implement system integrations through APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Support customer engagements, technical workshops, solution demonstrations, and pre-sales activities by providing AI and technical expertise.
- Optimize solution performance, accuracy, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency through continuous evaluation and improvement.
- Develop technical documentation, implementation standards, and best practices for AI and emerging technology solutions.
- Ensure solutions adhere to security, governance, compliance, and Responsible AI principles.
- Manage and direct processes and R&D (research and development) to meet the needs of our AI strategy
- Understand company and client challenges and how integrating AI capabilities can help lead to solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and prioritizing key areas of a partner’s business where AI solutions can drive significant business benefit
- Analyze and explain AI and machine learning (ML) solutions while setting and maintaining high ethical standards
- Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Requirements:
- Two or more years of experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions.
- Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, vector databases, model evaluation and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with ML, deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, NLP
- Experience in program leadership, governance, and change enablement
- Knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best-practice patterns
- Experience in REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizations
- Experience with cloud environments
