Join our Program Management team and take ownership of key customer programs within a fast-paced EMS manufacturing environment. You will serve as the primary customer interface and lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution across delivery, quality, cost, and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts regarding program status, delivery, quality, commercial matters, expectations, and escalations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring customer requirements and commitments are fulfilled.
- Lead customer and internal program review meetings and provide regular updates to customers and management.
- Coordinate customer requirements, engineering changes, production schedules, and program priorities.
- Lead cross-functional teams involving NPI, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Planning, and Manufacturing.
- Ensure the readiness of materials, tooling, equipment, documentation, and manufacturing processes.
- Manage program timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and contingency plans.
- Monitor On-Time Delivery, production yield, inventory levels, customer satisfaction, and overall program performance.
- Work closely with relevant departments to resolve production, material, quality, and delivery issues.
- Support capacity planning, resource allocation, and material-readiness activities.
- Monitor program profitability, revenue, costs, pricing, and margin performance.
- Review product costing and quotations while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Support budget planning, revenue forecasting, and the management of program-related financial risks.
- Ensure customer quality requirements and specifications are properly understood and implemented.
- Coordinate corrective and preventive actions, customer audits, and quality-improvement activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
- Identify and manage risks involving the supply chain, production, quality, and delivery.
- Escalate critical program issues to management and ensure timely corrective action.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of program or project management experience within the EMS, PCBA, semiconductor, or box-build manufacturing industry.
- Good understanding of EMS manufacturing processes, including SMT, PCB assembly, plastic injection moulding, final assembly, and box-build packaging.
- Experience managing customer accounts, expectations, program reviews, and escalations.
- Good knowledge of production planning, inventory control, material readiness, component sourcing, and shipping terms.
- Able to manage program budgets, product costing, quotations, margins, cost tracking, and revenue forecasts.
- Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Commercially aware, customer-focused, and capable of making sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to risk management.
- Able to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: RM6,100.00 - RM8,999.00 per month
