Position: QA Inspector
Location: Senai, Johor
Join our Quality Assurance team and play an important role in ensuring that our products meet approved quality standards, workmanship requirements, and customer specifications before release.
Candidates with a minimum SPM qualification are welcome to apply. Previous experience is not compulsory; however, experience in QA/QC, inspection, electronics, EMS, or manufacturing will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-process and final inspections on PCBA, sub-assemblies, and finished products.
- Conduct inspections according to approved procedures, work instructions, drawings, samples, and customer specifications.
- Check workmanship and product condition for soldering, component, assembly, cosmetic, labelling, and packaging defects.
- Use approved inspection and measuring tools to verify dimensions, appearance, and other quality characteristics.
- Ensure products and processes comply with quality standards, ESD controls, regulatory requirements, and customer requirements.
- Record inspection results, defects, quantities, and dispositions accurately for traceability.
- Identify, label, segregate, and report non-conforming products to the QA Supervisor or QA Engineer.
- Support line clearance, first-piece inspections, sampling inspections, rework verification, and re-inspection activities.
- Communicate inspection findings promptly to Production, Engineering, and other relevant teams.
- Participate in quality improvement, defect containment, sorting, and verification activities.
- Maintain the inspection area and equipment while complying with safety, 5S, and quality procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- No minimum working experience is required.
- Experience in QA/QC, product inspection, electronics, EMS, or manufacturing is an added advantage.
- Fresh school leavers and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Able and willing to work rotating shifts, including night shifts and overtime when required.
- Able to read, write, follow instructions, and complete inspection records accurately.
- Careful, observant, and detail-oriented when identifying product defects.
- Able to follow work instructions, drawings, inspection criteria, and approved samples.
- Willing to learn how to use inspection and basic measuring equipment.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Possess good teamwork, communication skills, discipline, and a responsible working attitude.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
