THE OPPORTUNITY
As Manager District Sales Luxembourg, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives while driving district performance and delivering business objectives. You will identify commercial opportunities, ensure execution excellence, and contribute to business growth across the Luxembourg market.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and develop a team of Sales Representatives to achieve district objectives and sales targets.

Identify commercial opportunities, ensure execution of retail standards, and drive strong field performance.

Conduct coaching to build capabilities and engagement.

Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Monitor KPIs, implement action plans, and maintain effective stakeholder relationships to support sustainable business growth.
