Join our Brand Marketing team and help shape how our Smoke-free products and brands grow in the Danish market. In this role, you will combine strategic thinking with inventive delivery across portfolio planning and brand communication activities while collaborating with colleagues across multiple functions.
Impact You'll Own

Build portfolio and brand strategies based on market trends, category dynamics, and customer understanding.

Strengthen brand positioning through engaging communication across touchpoints.
What You'll Do

Translate consumer, category, and market insights into actionable portfolio and campaign recommendations.

Shape product positioning, brand narratives, and communication strategies.

Develop integrated brand and marketing strategies across channels, lead campaigns and creative materials from concept towards market execution.

Adapt global brand strategies to local market opportunities, consumer preferences, and local insights.

Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure aligned execution.
Skills & Capabilities
Must-Haves
-
A minimum of 4-5 years of experience within brand marketing, portfolio management, product marketing, or marketing communications.

Professional proficiency in Danish and English.

Ability to combine critical thinking with creative execution.

Strong understanding of brand positioning, marketing strategy, audience segmentation, and consumer insights.

Experience leading projects and collaborating with a broad range of collaborators.

Strong relationship building, communication, and collaboration skills.

Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.
Nice-to-Haves

Relevant university degree.

Experience working with consumer goods, retail-facing brands, or regulated categories.
