What You'll Do
- Lead projects from requirements gathering through implementation and closure.
- Define scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and success metrics.
- Translate business needs into technology solutions.
- Drive system enhancements and continuous improvement.
- Analyze processes, data, and reporting to identify opportunities.
- Coordinate vendors and stakeholders throughout delivery.
- Resolve application, reporting, and business system issues.
Skills & Capabilities
Must-Haves
- Project management experience in technology, business applications, or digital solutions.
- Strong business analysis and requirements gathering capabilities.
- Hands-on SQL experience for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Vendor and partner management experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of business process improvement and solution delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent English and Hebrew, written and spoken.
- Knowledge of and hands-on experience with integration layers and technologies (e.g., APIs, ETL, middleware).
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience supporting sales, commercial, distribution, or retail operations.
- Experience with business applications, reporting platforms, or field force solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar).
