We are looking for an experienced Plant Engineer with 5–6 years of experience in a stainless steel bottle manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining production machinery, utilities and plant equipment, minimizing breakdowns and ensuring smooth day-to-day plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery used in single wall stainless steel bottle manufacturing.
- Ensure smooth operation and maximum availability of production machines.
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues.
- Monitor machine performance and reduce breakdown time and production downtime.
- Maintain plant utilities and support equipment.
- Coordinate with the Production team to resolve machine-related issues quickly.
- Maintain maintenance schedules, breakdown records and spare-parts requirements.
- Identify recurring machine problems and implement corrective actions.
- Improve machine reliability, productivity and plant efficiency.
- Ensure proper safety procedures are followed during maintenance activities.
- Guide technicians and maintenance staff and ensure timely completion of maintenance work.
Candidate Requirements
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in plant/machine maintenance.
- Experience in stainless steel bottle manufacturing or similar metal manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
- Good knowledge of production machinery and industrial equipment.
- Ability to independently handle breakdowns and maintenance activities.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
