We are looking for an experienced Plastic Injection Mould Fitter with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in plastic injection mould maintenance, fitting and repair. The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of injection mould construction, mould fitting, troubleshooting and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform fitting, assembly, dismantling and maintenance of plastic injection moulds.
- Handle mould repair and maintenance to ensure smooth production.
- Identify and troubleshoot mould-related problems such as flash, mismatch, leakage, improper ejection and alignment issues.
- Work on mould components including core, cavity, ejector system, guide pillars, bushes and other mould parts.
- Perform grinding, filing, polishing, drilling and other fitting operations as required.
- Check mould dimensions, alignment and fitting accuracy.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection moulds.
- Coordinate with the Production and Tool Room teams to resolve mould-related issues.
- Ensure moulds are properly maintained and ready for production.
- Maintain proper tools, equipment and housekeeping in the mould/tool room.
- Follow safety procedures while handling and repairing moulds.
Candidate Requirements
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in Plastic Injection Mould Fitting/Maintenance.
- Strong hands-on experience with plastic injection moulds is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of mould components, fitting and troubleshooting.
- Ability to independently handle mould repair and maintenance work.
- Experience with household/plastic product moulds will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
