About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Supply Chain Management Consultant – Packaging & Logistics to join our consulting team and support client projects across the manufacturing and automotive industries.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to build a career in supply chain consulting while gaining hands-on experience in real-world manufacturing environments.

You will work directly with experienced consultants and client teams on projects focused on packaging, logistics, material flow, and supply chain optimization. The role is highly client-facing and project-based, providing exposure to different organizations, manufacturing operations, and supply chain challenges.

This is a travel-based consulting role, and candidates should be comfortable traveling regularly to client locations, typically Monday through Thursday depending on project needs.

What You'll Do:

Support consulting projects focused on packaging, logistics, material flow, and supply chain optimization.
Analyze existing logistics processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost, quality, and material flow.
Support the planning and optimization of returnable and expendable packaging concepts for parts and materials.
Assist with packaging evaluations, specifications, documentation, and cost analyses.
Analyze material flows from suppliers through warehousing, production, and point of use.
Support logistics planning activities related to new product launches and changes in production.
Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to support project recommendations and decision-making.
Work directly with client teams across Supply Chain, Logistics, Packaging, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Operations.
Participate in workshops, project meetings, process observations, and improvement initiatives at client sites.
Prepare analyses, presentations, reports, and other project deliverables.
Take increasing ownership of project workstreams as you develop your consulting and technical capabilities.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
Recent graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of professional experience are encouraged to apply.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with data analysis or visualization tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to work directly with clients.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment.
Curious and eager to learn, with the ability to quickly understand new processes and business environments.
Willingness to travel regularly and work on-site at client locations.
