About the Role
As a DevOps Engineer – Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging development, operations, and security teams to enable seamless, secure, and efficient application and software delivery.
Within our Advisory practice, you will lead the integration of industry-leading DevOps and DevSecOps practices to promote consistent, secure, scalable, and high-quality technology delivery. You will oversee cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD, security, and reliability initiatives while helping teams adopt modern engineering practices.
As a Manager, you will motivate, develop, and inspire your teams to deliver high-quality solutions and meet client expectations. You will coach team members, leverage individual strengths, manage performance, and foster an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. You will lead with integrity and authenticity while communicating our purpose and values effectively.
In this role, you will take ownership of projects and ensure successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will partner with leadership and key stakeholders to establish collective accountability for quality, timelines, and deliverables.

You will also mentor professionals, manage conflicts, navigate challenging situations, and engage effectively in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the integration of development, operations, security, and DevSecOps practices to enhance software delivery.
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of secure and reliable IT systems that support business operations and minimize downtime.
- Oversee the architecture, deployment, and management of cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS environments.
- Utilize technologies such as AWS CloudFormation and Azure DevOps Server to support infrastructure provisioning, project delivery, and deployment automation.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines to streamline application development, testing, and deployment.
- Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC), configuration management, and automation initiatives using Terraform and Ansible.
- Establish and enforce security controls, cloud security practices, and incident management strategies to safeguard applications, infrastructure, and data.
- Oversee the implementation of security technologies and processes, including vulnerability management and security incident response.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts related to system reliability, cloud infrastructure, application performance, and operational issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, availability, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, architecture, and business teams to define and deliver effective technology solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Analyze system components and dependencies to identify interactions, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Mentor, coach, and develop engineering teams while promoting innovation and continuous improvement in DevSecOps practices.
- Establish clear objectives, provide performance feedback, and support the professional development of team members.
- Take ownership of project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, execution, risk management, and delivery.
- Partner with team leadership to ensure accountability for quality, timelines, budgets, and client deliverables.
- Identify and resolve project risks, delivery challenges, conflicts, and stakeholder concerns.
- Promote the adoption of emerging technologies and modern engineering practices to improve delivery outcomes.
- Uphold professional, technical, security, and quality standards across all client engagements.
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- 7–11 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong oral and written proficiency in English.
- Extensive experience in Azure cloud engineering, architecture, automation, and cloud modernization initiatives.

- Strong understanding of DevOps, DevSecOps, cloud infrastructure, automation, security, and reliability engineering.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining delivery quality and meeting project timelines.

- Hands-on experience with AWS CloudFormation and Azure DevOps Server.
- Experience designing and implementing Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) solutions.
- Experience managing security operations and technologies such as Palo Alto Networks and CrowdStrike.
- Strong experience with continuous integration and deployment using Jenkins.
- Experience with GitHub and GitLab for source control and collaborative software development.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for identifying and resolving security infrastructure issues.
