The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Responsible for all Operations performance reports
- Maintain Operations Key Metrics
- Understand Operations needs by providing data analysis and reports
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence team to provide automated reports
Requirements:
- Holds a minimum bachelor degree.
- Have minimal 3 years experience in a Logistics company as data analyst or relevant position.
- Good analytical and project management skills.
- Data-driven oriented, proficiency with Google Sheets and another dashboard.
- Willing to be placed at Sunter, North Jakarta
