The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Scope and lead the deployment of AI-based applications across operational workflows.
- Manage end-to-end integration of AI models into production systems, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute AI deployment opportunities.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize deployed AI systems to ensure performance and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in deploying and managing AI/ML applications in production environments.
- Must possess full-stack development skills and have mandatory Linux proficiency for deployment.
- Proficiency in Python, API integration, and cloud-based AI deployment; experience with CI/CD pipelines and model monitoring.
