The Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team plays a critical role in conducting close-loop data-driven business iterations. Job Description:
- Analyze internal and external data (generally with SQL, Python, Excel).
- Apply structured framework to estimate hard-to-find information and utilize AI-driven synthesis to deliver original insights.
- Improve existing estimation and forecast solutions by scrutinizing current assumptions, identifying how our understanding would change if assumptions change, and quantifying these uncertainty (i.e. sensitivity analysis).
- Translate complex data analysis into accessible business-focused reports and recommendations.
- Present results to management on a regular basis.
- Serving as in-house AI & Data consultant for data-driven solutions, advising on the adoption of AI tools to solve specific business problems..
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build analytics capabilities.
- Maintain data pipelines, dashboards and AI-powered automations to streamline repetitive tasks and ensure data integrity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant field of study.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Data Engineering.
- Strong SQL skills are required, complemented by experience in other languages (Python, Spark) in data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and must be comfortable with analysis of quantitative data.
- Good structural thinker and detail oriented.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across various divisions.
- Satisfactory understanding in English.
- Self-driven with willingness to learn and improve.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work in a fast-paced and growth changing environment.
