NexusNova Technologies Inc. is a U.S.-based AI infrastructure and high-performance computing company dedicated to accelerating the next generation of artificial intelligence.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant / General Ledger Accountant to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of U.S. accounting standards, excellent analytical skills, and experience managing full-cycle accounting for U.S. businesses. This role requires accuracy, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting the company's continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting and general ledger activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform account reconciliations and journal entries.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Process domestic and international wire transfers.
- Manage multi-currency transactions and financial reporting.
- Prepare sales tax filings and coordinate with external CPA firms.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
- Support financial audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of accounting experience preferred.
- Experience with full-cycle accounting and General Ledger for U.S. companies.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
- Experience in inventory accounting or international trading companies is preferred.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online or NetSuite.
- Experience with sales tax and working with CPA firms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
- CPA license or active CPA candidate is a plus.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
