About the Role
We are looking for an AI Video Generation Specialist / Generative AI Engineer to help develop and produce AI-generated short-form drama content for international markets, with an initial focus on Mexico and Latin America.
This role will focus on using and integrating the latest generative AI technologies to create high-quality, consistent, and scalable short-form video content.
The ideal candidate is highly familiar with AI image/video generation, prompt engineering, AI workflows, and emerging generative AI tools. Experience with traditional filmmaking is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Create AI-generated short drama episodes using current AI video and image generation tools
- Build efficient AI workflows for script-to-video production
- Generate and maintain consistent characters, environments, and visual styles across multiple episodes
- Work with AI-generated scripts, images, video, voice, and lip-sync technologies
- Test different AI models and tools to improve video quality and production efficiency
- Develop reusable workflows for producing short-form vertical content at scale
- Troubleshoot technical issues involving AI generation and workflow integration
- Collaborate with the content team on story concepts, characters, and visual direction
- Optimize content for vertical short-form platforms (9:16)
- Research and test emerging generative AI technologies
Preferred Skills
Experience with some of the following is strongly preferred:
- AI video generation tools
- AI image generation
- ComfyUI or similar node-based AI workflows
- Stable Diffusion / FLUX or related models
- LoRA training and character consistency workflows
- Prompt engineering
- AI voice generation and lip-sync
- Video editing and post-production
- Python or API integration
- Workflow automation
Experience with tools such as Kling, Runway, Veo, Sora, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, ComfyUI, or similar generative AI platforms is a plus.
Qualifications
- Strong interest and hands-on experience in generative AI
- Understanding of current AI image and video generation technologies
- Ability to learn and test new AI tools quickly
- Strong problem-solving and experimentation skills
- Ability to work independently and build repeatable workflows
- Portfolio or examples of AI-generated images/videos are strongly preferred
Traditional degrees are not required. We care more about your technical ability, AI experience, portfolio, and ability to produce high-quality results.
What You Will Work On
Our initial project focuses on developing AI-generated vertical short dramas for the Mexico and Latin American markets.
The goal is to create a scalable production pipeline capable of turning:
Story → Script → Character → AI Video → Voice → Editing → Final Short Drama
into high-quality short-form entertainment content.
This is an opportunity to work on an early-stage AI entertainment project and directly contribute to building the production workflow from the ground up.
