Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Executive Vice President of Operations to lead and optimize our organization’s core business functions. Duties

- Manage operational excellence initiatives focused on process improvement, quality assurance, and cost reduction.
- Direct business operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial management, and profit and loss analysis to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Supervise senior leadership teams across departments, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Drive data-driven decision making by analyzing operational metrics, conducting operational analysis, and leveraging insights for strategic planning.
- Oversee project management activities ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives while maintaining scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Lead large-scale organizational change management efforts that support strategic objectives and improve overall operational agility.
- Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders through verbal communication with executives, providing updates on operational health and strategic progress.

- Proven experience in operational management with a strong track record of leading large teams at an executive level.

- Proficiency in budget management, financial management, forecasting, profit and loss analysis, and executive-level budget oversight.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience supervising senior teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Skilled in strategic management including strategic planning, organizational development, and large-scale organizational change management.
- Excellent verbal communication skills tailored for engaging with C-suite executives and stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of business operations across multiple functions with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to utilize data analytics for operational analysis and informed decision making in fast-paced environments.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on strategic objectives.

Pay: $254,063.98 - $361,453.41 per year
