Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President of Marketing to lead our organization’s marketing strategy and execution. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across multiple channels including digital, print, social media, and advertising sales.
- Lead the planning and management of integrated marketing campaigns utilizing SEO, content marketing, social media advertising campaigns, email marketing, and performance marketing techniques.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content through copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia assets using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress.
- Implement and optimize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline campaign management and enhance customer engagement.
- Analyze web analytics reporting such as Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively while ensuring maximum ROI on all initiatives.
- Foster collaboration across departments including sales, product management, and research teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing high-performing marketing teams within a fast-paced environment; strong leadership skills are essential.
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing platforms including Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and social media advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in SEO strategies, demand generation marketing, cross-functional collaboration, and implementing marketing automation tools.
- Strong skills in content writing, copywriting, graphic design, HTML basics, and web analytics reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to develop innovative B2B marketing strategies with a focus on e-commerce and performance marketing.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is highly desirable.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- A background in research-driven decision making coupled with data analysis skills using tools like Google Analytics is preferred.
