Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead and execute operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction across all business units.
- Develop and implement strategic management plans aligned with organizational goals, fostering sustainable growth.
- Oversee business development management efforts to identify new opportunities, expand market presence, and enhance revenue streams.
- Manage large-scale organizational change management projects to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement.
- Supervise business operations, including process improvement initiatives, project management, and operational analysis.
- Oversee budget management, forecasting, financial management, profit and loss analysis, and executive-level budget oversight.
- Provide verbal communication with executives and senior leadership to report on operational performance, strategic plans, and key metrics.
- Lead executive-level team management by mentoring senior leaders, fostering collaboration, and driving high-performance teams.
- Utilize data-driven decision making to optimize operational strategies and implement continuous improvements.
- Manage program management activities ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operational excellence initiatives, change management, and large-scale organizational change management.
- Strong background in business development management, strategic planning, and business operations leadership.
- Demonstrated success in managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and conducting profit and loss analysis at an executive level.
- Extensive experience in operations management with a focus on process improvement and operational analysis.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to executives and stakeholders.
- Leadership experience supervising teams at the senior level with a track record of fostering high-performing organizations.
- Expertise in project management methodologies with a focus on delivering results efficiently.
- Ability to analyze data for informed decision making that aligns with strategic objectives.
