Salary: Grade 3, SP 4-6 (FTE: £26,016 - £26,846 / Actual: £5,879 - £6,066 per annum)
Contract Type: Permanent, part time (10 hours per week with flexibility, 38 weeks per year)
At Castle Manor Academy we are seeking a Data and Careers Admin Assistant to join our team. This role has a busy and varied workload. The role is designed to provide support for our Data and Pathways Manager with administrative task that range from using in school data packages, spreadsheets, event organising for careers, developing and upkeeping Alumni connection, supporting with admin for Work Experience.
It is essential that you have good literacy and numeracy skills, with a GCSE equivalent in English and Maths, and experience of administration would be desirable, although full training will be given.
Applicants will need to be able to work effectively and proactively as part of a team, enjoy working with a wide range of people, deal well with interruptions and change, and be good at seeing and solving problems under their own initiative.
