Office Manager
Contract: Part time, permanent, 21.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
Salary: Grade 4, SP 9-12 (FTE: £28,154 - £30,514 / Actual: £13,993 - £15,166 per annum)

We are seeking an outstanding Office Manager to become a key member of our school community.
This vital role supports the smooth day-to-day running of the school, ensuring that the systems and processes behind excellent education operate effectively. Often the keystone of the school, the Office Manager helps connect staff, pupils, families and external partners, creating a positive and welcoming environment for all.

About You:
You will need to be a motivated individual with assured skills in admin and IT.
The Office Manager is responsible for supporting the administrative, HR, financial and organisational processes within the school, as well as line managing a small team. Experience in this capacity is essential for the role.
You will act as the initial point of contact for parents/carers, visitors and other stakeholders, so will be an ambassador for the school and embody the values of our school- belonging and kindness.
We are looking for an organised, proactive and professional individual to work in our school office, who:
- Has experience working in a busy office or administrative environment.
- Can lead, motivate and support a team while managing competing priorities.
- Possesses excellent organisational skills and is able to manage multiple systems and processes effectively.
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Is highly IT literate and confident using a range of digital systems and office applications.
- Can maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Builds positive relationships with staff, pupils, parents and external stakeholders, remaining calm and solution-focused under pressure.
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
The working pattern for this role is
Monday & Friday 8.30 - 4.30 and Tuesday & Wednesday 8.30 - 12.00
