Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
- A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications is an advantage.
Experience
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in Administration, Facilities Management, or Corporate Services.
- Proven experience in processing and renewing business permits, licenses, and government registrations.
- Experience dealing with national and local government agencies is an advantage.
Knowledge & Skills
- Extensive knowledge of Philippine business regulations and government compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with processing and renewing permits and licenses, including:
- Business Permit / Mayor's Permit
- Barangay Clearance
- BIR Registration and compliance
- SEC and DTI requirements (as applicable)
- BOC (Bureau of Customs) permits (if applicable)
- BFAR, FDA, NMIS, and other food industry permits (if applicable)
- Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (BFP)
- Environmental permits (DENR/EMB)
- Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) compliance
- Knowledge of contract administration, lease agreements, and company insurance.
- Strong document management and records control skills.
- Excellent coordination and liaison skills with government agencies, suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Ability to monitor permit validity and ensure timely renewals.
- Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
Additional Responsibilities
- Manage the application, renewal, and safekeeping of all company permits, licenses, and registrations.
- Serve as the company's liaison with government agencies and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable national and local government regulations.
- Monitor expiration dates of permits, licenses, insurance policies, and certifications to prevent lapses.
- Coordinate inspections conducted by government agencies and ensure timely compliance with findings.
- Maintain complete and updated records of legal and regulatory documents.
- Manage company insurance policies, including renewals and claims coordination.
- Oversee administrative contracts, lease agreements, and service agreements.
- Assist management during internal and external audits.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Perform other administrative and compliance-related duties assigned by Management.
