Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
- At least more than 5 years of experience in restaurant or food service operations
- Experience in Japanese cuisine is an advantage ( Ramen )
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
