About the Role
Rootwise Aesthetics is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Care Executive to support patient engagement and clinic operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient follow-ups, converting inquiries into appointments, and managing clinic inventory to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in customer service, telecalling, hospitality, healthcare, wellness, pharmacy, or clinic administration.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Communication & Telecalling
Follow up with leads generated through WhatsApp, Instagram, Meta Ads, Practo, and other channels
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Conduct follow-up calls for consultations, treatments, and reviews
Maintain regular communication with patients to improve retention and satisfaction
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about clinic services
Maintain and update patient records in the clinic management system
Lead Conversion
Convert inquiries into booked consultations
Track lead status and ensure timely follow-ups
Coordinate with doctors and front office staff to optimize patient experience
Meet appointment booking and follow-up targets
Inventory Management
Monitor stock levels of skincare products, consumables, and clinic supplies
Maintain inventory records and stock registers
Coordinate procurement and replenishment of supplies
Conduct periodic stock audits and report discrepancies
Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English
Strong telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Google Sheets, email)
Good organizational and record-keeping abilities
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, clinic administration, hospitality, pharmacy, or healthcare is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in aesthetic, dermatology, wellness, healthcare, or hospitality sectors
Familiarity with CRM software and inventory tracking systems
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
Compensation
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
