Job description:
Key ResponsibilitiesMassage & Wellness Treatments
- Perform professional massage therapies based on individual client needs.
- Deliver treatments such as:
- Swedish Massage
- Deep Tissue Massage
- Aroma Therapy Massage
- Relaxation Massage
- Head, Neck & Shoulder Massage
- Foot Reflexology (preferred)
- Body Wellness Therapies
- Assess client comfort and modify techniques when required.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness recommendations.
Client Care
- Welcome clients professionally and create a comfortable treatment experience.
- Review client health history before treatments.
- Maintain client confidentiality and accurate treatment records.
- Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service.
Clinic Operations
- Prepare treatment rooms before each session.
- Ensure massage tables, linens, and equipment are clean and sanitized.
- Follow clinic hygiene, sterilization, and safety protocols.
- Monitor massage oils, towels, and consumables, and report inventory requirements.
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for clients undergoing wellness or aesthetic treatment programs.
- Support clinic wellness initiatives and promotional activities.
- Maintain professional conduct and uphold clinic standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certification in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Physiotherapy Assistant, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a wellness center, spa, dermatology clinic, luxury salon, or healthcare facility preferred.
- Freshers with professional certification and excellent practical skills are welcome to apply.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent massage techniques and client-handling skills.
- Strong knowledge of body anatomy and wellness therapies.
- Professional appearance and excellent hygiene practices.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Friendly, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to maintain a calm and relaxing treatment environment.
Compensation
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
