Job Description: Full-Stack Developer (AI-Native)
Experience: 5+ years
· Tech Stack: Python (FastAPI), Node.js, React.js

Technical Requirements
· Backend: Deep expertise in writing clean, Python (FastAPI) and Node.js/TypeScript.
· Frontend: Strong hands-on experience with React.js
· Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
· US Healthcare Domain: Proven expertise in building HIPAA-compliant healthcare applications, leveraging FHIR/HL7 standards and EHR concepts (Epic/Cerner) alongside medical terminologies (ICD-10, SNOMED, LOINC)
· Infrastructure: Experience with Docker, setting up basic CI/CD pipelines, and deploying applications on AWS or GCP.
· AI & LLMs: Practical experience integrating LLM APIs, Vibe Coding workflows (leveraging AI to accelerate development), testing and validating AI-generated code, and optimizing prompts.
· Experience working with Jira for story creation, sprint planning, task estimation, bug tracking, and Agile project management.
· Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, including participation in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning.
· Ability to manage assigned tasks independently, track progress, and deliver within committed timelines.
Soft Skills
· Communication: Strong English fluency with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with clients.
· Ownership: A self-starter capable of leading projects, taking end-to-end ownership.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
