Responsibilities
Requirements Analysis
Analyze business and product requirements and translate them into clear technical requirements and integration specifications
Technical Feasibility
Work with Product Delivery Leads and Solution Architects to assess technical feasibility, impact, dependencies, and limitations of new features
System & Integration Analysis
Analyze existing enterprise systems to identify integration dependencies, technical limitations, risks, and opportunities for improvement
API Analysis
Investigate REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, API payloads, documentation, SDK capabilities, authentication mechanisms, and data models
Integration Design
Support the design and validation of integrations between enterprise SaaS platforms and cloud environments, including data-flow diagrams and integration scenarios
Vendor Collaboration
Participate in technical discussions with external vendors and challenge proposed solutions from a technical perspective
Security & Risk
Support Security Risk Assessments and technical risk reviews with Cybersecurity and Risk teams
PoCs & Technical Validation
Support Proofs of Concept, validate proposed solutions, communicate technical limitations, and identify opportunities to simplify integrations and improve performance
Requirements
Technical BA Experience
4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Integration Analyst, or similar role in an enterprise environment
Business Analysis
Strong understanding of business analysis, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into technical requirements
Enterprise Applications
Experience working with enterprise applications and SaaS platforms, preferably in complex technology environments
Integrations & APIs
Strong understanding of system integrations and APIs, including practical experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, webhooks, and API payloads
Authentication
Good understanding of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, or SAML
Data & Dependencies
Experience analyzing data flows, integration dependencies, technical limitations, and potential risks
Technical Collaboration
Experience working with Solution Architects, developers, infrastructure or cloud teams, and external technology vendors
Communication & Problem Solving
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with very good English communication and the ability to explain technical topics to business stakeholders
