Currently, for the new Seargin project, we are looking for a MCP / Agentic AI Architect.
About the role
We are seeking a senior architecture profile to support the design and implementation of agentic AI solutions in product & enterprise integration platforms within a large-scale digital transformation program. The role focuses on building scalable AI-driven architecture for production, connecting enterprise systems (e.g., SAP), and defining cloud strategy across Azure and AWS environments.
Requirements
- 10+ years in solution / enterprise architecture, experience in both is preferred
- Highly self-driven, resilient, communicative and collaborative
Strong experience in:
- Cloud architecture (Azure + AWS)
- API management and integration platforms ( Axway, Kong, Azure APIM etc.)
- Enterprise systems (SAP integration strongly preferred)
- Large enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders
Must have
- Software development (Full stack / Backend) - Python, Node.js, Java, React/Vue/Next
- Langgraph
- A2A and MCP protocols
- REST, WS, RPC design principles, documentation, usage, testing and function
- Tool calling / MCP / API-as-MCP
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM systems, AIAAS Cloud services and Agentic Frameworks
- At least one major AIAAS cloud service
o Foundry
o Bedrock
- Strong Architecture documentation skills. C4 modeling experience is a plus.
- Experience in AI-driven software development (Kiro, Claude Code, Cursor etc.)
- Architecture for scale, in production: Security, Redundancy, Resilience, Reliability, Cost and Scalability
- OpenAI APIs and event models
Understanding of:
- Agentic AI design patterns
- LLM eval best practices and frameworks
- Observability for AI and AI Agents ( e.g. LangSmith or Datadog)
- AI Content safety and guard rails implementation
- Event-driven architectures
- Docker, Containerization and managed cluster services ( e.g. ECS Fargate)
- CI/CD (Github/Gitlab)
Nice to have
Hands-on experience in:
- Voice-driven agentic architectures.
- Test driven development and writing tests (FE/BE).
- Experience designing conversational AI systems (voice/chatbots)
- Lakehouse environment ( Databricks, MS Fabric ) or Enterprise ETL/ELT
- Microsoft and/or AWS managed runtime agents ( Foundry Agents / AgentCore)
- Prompt engineering/versioning systems
Good knowledge of:
- Architectural evaluation frameworks & tooling:
o WAF
o TOGAF
o Zero-trust architectures / secure by design
- Mobile App development stack and processes.
- SAFe / Agile
- Terraform
