About the Role
This is a senior product leadership role at a hypergrowth B2B SaaS company operating in the sales intelligence and GTM data space. As Chief Product Officer, you'll own the full product vision, strategy, and org — sitting at the center of a high-ownership, high-intensity environment where product is a primary driver of revenue growth from $10M toward $80M+ ARR.
What You'll Do
-
Own and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap in close collaboration with the CEO and President through a structured product council.
-
Design and build out the product organization across Product Management, Product Marketing, Product Design, and Customer Support.
-
Champion voice of the customer — run customer interviews directly and embed VoC rigor across the PM team.
-
Drive time-to-first-value down release over release as a core metric for product quality and customer success.
-
Ship the roadmap on time, to spec, and within budget, treating delivery as a core leadership responsibility.
-
Own and expand the company's proprietary intent data capability as a defining market category.
-
Drive product's contribution to net revenue retention, multi-product attach, packaging strategy, and an upmarket motion.
-
Lead product marketing output — positioning, messaging, launch assets, and sales enablement collateral.
What We're Looking For
-
8–10+ years of product leadership experience, with time spent in sales tech, revenue intelligence, rev ops, or sales engagement.
-
Proven track record scaling a B2B SaaS product through a $10M–$100M ARR hypergrowth journey.
-
Experience building and structuring a product org from the ground up, including hiring PMs and designing team architecture.
-
Deep fluency with the sales-tech ecosystem: CRMs (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot), sales engagement platforms, data vendors, and dialer technology.
-
Demonstrated experience shipping products with AI/ML capabilities.
-
Experience owning voice-of-customer strategy and personally conducting customer discovery interviews.
-
Familiarity with pricing/packaging, product-led growth, or platform/ecosystem strategy is a strong plus.
-
Based in the United States; Eastern or Central time zone preferred.
