About the Role
We're an early-stage fintech startup building a mobile-first trading platform, and we're looking for a Growth Marketer to own our top-of-funnel from day one. You'll work directly with the founding team to drive awareness among developers, retail traders, and enterprise buyers — designing experiments, producing content, and activating communities across channels. This is a high-ownership role at a small, fast-moving team where your work will have immediate, visible impact.
What You'll Do

Design and execute growth experiments across paid, owned, and earned channels — including social media, UGC, content marketing, and community campaigns.

Plan and manage in-person growth activations end-to-end, including events, meetups, and brand partnerships, with post-event measurement.

Own SEO and content strategy, producing and distributing content that ranks on both traditional and AI-powered search surfaces.

Build and maintain performance dashboards to track experiment results, channel ROI, and growth metrics, reporting directly to founders.

Develop and manage distribution partnerships with influencers, developer communities, and partner channels to extend organic reach.

Identify and test new growth surfaces, including emerging platforms, viral formats, and untapped audience segments.

Build and engage developer- and trader-focused communities (Discord, Reddit, Telegram, etc.) to drive awareness and retention.
What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in a growth, performance marketing, or content role — ideally at a startup or high-growth tech company.

A demonstrated track record of at least one significant growth accomplishment: a viral campaign, a side project with meaningful traction, or measurable company-level growth.

Strong content instincts — you know what resonates with technical and finance-adjacent audiences and can write copy that captures the zeitgeist.

Experience running paid social campaigns and managing multiple ad accounts simultaneously.

Data-driven experimentation mindset: comfortable with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude); basic SQL a plus.

Comfortable operating autonomously in an early-stage (sub-15 person) environment with high ambiguity and rapid iteration cycles.

Experience building and engaging online communities on platforms like Discord, Reddit, or similar forums.

Familiarity with fintech, crypto, or trading products is a nice-to-have; sensitivity to financial marketing regulations is a bonus.

Flexible availability to support events and activations that may fall outside standard business hours.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer-sponsored visa support.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site, full-time in New York City, NY. Remote work is not available for this role.
