Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CRM Consolidation Project Manager to lead a large-scale Salesforce consolidation initiative involving multiple Salesforce environments, business processes, integrations, and stakeholder teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing Salesforce CRM implementation, migration, consolidation, and integration projects while coordinating across business users, Salesforce teams, technical teams, and global stakeholders.
This role requires strong project execution, communication, risk management, and governance skills to ensure successful delivery within scope, timelines, and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce CRM consolidation projects across multiple Salesforce environments.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, Salesforce administrators, developers, architects, integration teams, and offshore/onshore teams.
- Drive project governance including status reporting, steering committee updates, risk tracking, and issue resolution.
- Manage Salesforce data migration, integration, testing, deployment, and release activities.
- Coordinate UAT planning, execution, defect tracking, and business sign-off.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and Salesforce technical implementation.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers and drive mitigation plans.
- Support change management activities including user communication, training coordination, and adoption readiness.
- Ensure successful go-live execution and post-deployment stabilization.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Project Management / Program Management roles.
- Strong hands-on experience managing Salesforce CRM implementation, consolidation, migration, or transformation projects.
- Good understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem including:
- Salesforce CRM platforms
- Sales Cloud / Service Cloud processes
- Data migration activities
- Salesforce integrations
- Environment management
- Deployment processes
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams including business, Salesforce consultants, developers, QA, and integration teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with global/international teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile project delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing project documentation, RAID logs, status reports, and governance activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (PMP, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant, or similar certifications preferred).
- Experience handling enterprise Salesforce consolidation or merger-related CRM transformation programs.
- Experience working with European/global clients.
- Prior experience managing distributed offshore and onsite teams.
Additional Requirement
- Candidate should be willing and able to travel to the Netherlands for a short duration based on project requirements.
