About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Techno-Functional Consultant who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM customization, configuration, Power Platform development, integrations, and solution delivery. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE components including:
- Entities/Tables
- Forms
- Views
- Dashboards
- Business Rules
- Workflows
- Security Roles
- Develop and maintain:
- Plugins using C#
- Custom Workflows
- JavaScript customizations
- Custom integrations
- Design and implement Microsoft Power Platform solutions using:
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
- Power Automate
- Dataverse
- Work on Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.
- Develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365 and external applications using:
- REST APIs
- Web APIs
- Azure Services
- Participate in solution architecture discussions, technical design, deployment, and release activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Ensure CRM solutions follow Microsoft best practices, governance, security, and performance standards.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and distributed delivery teams.
Required Skills & ExperienceMust Have:
✅ 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development and consulting.
✅ Strong hands-on experience with:
- Dynamics 365 CE Customization & Configuration
- C# / .NET Development
- JavaScript
- Dynamics 365 Plugins
- Custom Workflow Activities
- Business Rules
- Business Process Flows
✅ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform:

✅ Experience with:

- API integrations

- Third-party system integrations
✅ Ability to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good To Have
- Experience working with US/global clients.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service or Field Service modules.
- Knowledge of Azure services:
- Azure Logic Apps
- Azure Functions
- Azure Service Bus
- Experience with Power Platform governance and security.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Preferred Certifications
Candidates with any of the following certifications will be preferred:
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant (MB-230)
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant (MB-210)
- Microsoft Azure Certifications (AZ-900, AZ-204)
Pay: ₹110,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
