Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer with strong expertise in Flutter, Dart, mobile architecture, and enterprise-grade application development to join our mobility engineering team.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building and deploying production-level Flutter applications for Android and iOS, strong knowledge of state management, scalable architectures, performance optimization, and modern mobile engineering practices.
We are looking for engineers who actively use AI coding assistants in their daily development workflow and understand how AI can accelerate software delivery while maintaining strong engineering judgment and code quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Flutter mobile applications.
- Convert business and technical requirements into clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Build modular Flutter applications using industry-standard architecture patterns.
- Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to mobile solution decisions.
- Collaborate with backend engineers, QA teams, DevOps, product managers, and architects.
- Perform code reviews and ensure engineering quality standards.
- Review and validate AI-generated code with the same rigor as manually written code.
- Identify and resolve application performance, stability, and usability issues.
- Develop unit tests, widget tests, and integration tests.
- Support application releases, production deployments, bug fixes, and troubleshooting.
- Mentor junior developers and promote mobile engineering best practices.
Required Skills & ExperienceFlutter & Mobile Development
- 7+ years of experience in mobile application development.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart in production environments.
- Experience delivering enterprise-grade mobile applications published on Android/iOS app stores.
- Strong understanding of Android and iOS fundamentals, lifecycle management, and platform limitations.
Architecture & Engineering
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns:
- MVC
- MVP
- MVVM
- Clean Architecture principles
- Experience with Flutter state management solutions:
- BLoC
- Riverpod

- Similar frameworks
- Ability to design reusable UI components and modular application structures.
Mobile Platform Expertise
