- Greet customers, assist with their inquiries, and provide clear information about products and ongoing promotions.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and close sales to achieve both individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain store displays by ensuring products are well-organized, fully stocked, and attractively presented.
- Assist in receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise, while reporting any stock discrepancies.
- Accurately process cash, credit card transactions, and returns in line with store policies and procedures.
- Gather and relay customer feedback and product insights to help improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Support theft and loss prevention efforts by following established security and loss prevention protocols.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,150.00 per month
