Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal specializing in Personal Injury law to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will provide essential support in managing personal injury cases from inception through resolution, ensuring smooth case progression and effective client communication. Duties
- Assist attorneys with all phases of personal injury litigation, including case intake, investigation, and discovery processes
- Prepare and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and subpoenas in accordance with court procedures
- Conduct legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal research tools to support case strategies
- Manage case files using document management systems like iManage and PCLaw, ensuring accurate and organized records
- Interview clients, witnesses, and experts to gather relevant information for case development
- Draft correspondence, reports, summaries, and legal writings with clarity and precision
- Coordinate depositions, court appearances, and settlement negotiations while maintaining effective communication with all parties involved
Requirements
- Proven paralegal experience supporting civil litigation or personal injury cases with a strong understanding of procedural law
- Familiarity with legal research platforms such as Westlaw and LexisNexis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems like iManage
- Knowledge of litigation support tools including PCLaw and document review software
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently under tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration
- Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Ability to perform legal research, draft legal documents, and review case materials thoroughly
- Knowledge of estate planning, environmental law, UCC law, workers' compensation law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, family law, landlord-tenant law, securities law or immigration law is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated ability to support project management activities within a busy law office environment

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
