Legal Assistant – HOA & Condominium Law
Location: Palm Beach, FL
Schedule: Full-Time, Fully In-Office
Salary: $60,000–$70,000+ depending on experience

Position Overview
A well-established law firm in Palm Beach is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant with HOA and/or Condominium Law experience to support a Partner whose practice focuses on condominium law. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized legal professional who understands the unique needs of community associations and enjoys working closely with attorneys and clients.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting an HOA, condominium, community association, or real estate law practice and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced law office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to the Partner and legal team.
- Assist with matters involving HOAs, condominium associations, and community association law.
- Prepare, format, proofread, and revise correspondence, legal documents, notices, pleadings, and other materials.
- Manage attorney calendars, meetings, deadlines, hearings, and appointments.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical case files and ensure documents are properly filed.
- Assist with document preparation, document review, and case management.
- Communicate professionally with clients, association representatives, attorneys, property managers, vendors, and other parties.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, conference calls, hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding items to ensure matters remain on schedule.
- Conduct basic legal research and assist with gathering information and documentation as requested.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, hearings, and attorney review.
- Handle confidential client and legal information with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with billing, time entry, expense tracking, and other administrative responsibilities as needed.
- Perform general office and administrative duties to support the Partner and practice.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of legal assistant experience, preferably within HOA, condominium, community association, real estate, or related law.
- Strong understanding of HOA/condominium terminology, procedures, and documentation.
- Experience supporting an attorney or Partner in a busy legal environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook.
- Experience with legal case management or document management systems preferred.
- Ability to work full-time in the office in Palm Beach.
- Professional, dependable, and proactive approach to work.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
