Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and organized Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement activities, and community initiatives. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and gaining hands-on experience in event coordination, customer service, and promotional activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of promotional events.
- Help set up event areas, displays, materials, and promotional resources.
- Engage with customers and event participants throughout activities.
- Assist with presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities.
- Identify customer needs and direct them toward appropriate solutions.
- Support lead generation and customer engagement efforts during events.
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming event environment.
- Assist with event breakdown and organization of materials after activities.
- Communicate customer feedback and event observations to team members.
- Work collaboratively to ensure event activities run smoothly.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Previous experience in events, promotions, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus but not required.

Pay: $4,221.10 - $5,083.47 per month
