Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Call Center Agent to communicate with customers, answer questions, provide product and service information, and support positive customer relationships. Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond to customer questions regarding products and services.

- Address routine customer questions and concerns.
- Support customer follow-ups and service requests.
- Communicate relevant promotions and product or service information.
- Identify opportunities to recommend solutions based on customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer calls and interactions.
- Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate team member when necessary.
- Share customer feedback and common questions with the team.
- Collaborate with customer service and sales team members to support business goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently by phone.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
- Previous call center, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $3,899.53 - $4,696.21 per month
