Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP DRC Manager / Senior Manager to lead the implementation and global rollout of SAP solutions for e-invoicing, statutory reporting, and indirect tax compliance within SAP S/4HANA. In this role, you will provide technical leadership, collaborate with Finance, Tax, and IT teams, and ensure SAP solutions meet global business requirements and local regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP DRC projects focused on e-invoicing, statutory reporting, and tax compliance.
- Manage the implementation and global rollout of SAP DRC solutions across different regions.
- Integrate SAP Finance processes with local tax authority systems.
- Design global SAP solutions while ensuring compliance with local legal and tax requirements.
- Collaborate with Finance, Tax, IT, and other business stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve issues.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout implementation and rollout activities.
- Ensure SAP DRC solutions align with financial controls, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP DRC, e-invoicing, and statutory reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement of SAP DRC processes and solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Finance and SAP DRC.
- Strong expertise in SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance).
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Experience with SAP eDocument and tax integration solutions.
- Hands-on experience with e-invoicing and statutory reporting implementations.
- Experience leading SAP projects and global rollouts.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting standards, and tax compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with multiple tax jurisdictions and local regulatory requirements.
- Experience integrating SAP with government or local tax authority systems.
- Experience managing cross-functional and global project teams.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
