Senior Property Consultant
Mirage Capital Properties is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real estate sales and leasing, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through various channels and convert them into successful sales and leasing transactions.
- Advise clients on residential and commercial properties based on their requirements and investment goals.
- Handle property sales, leasing, and real estate transactions from initial inquiry through closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
- Conduct property viewings and present suitable properties to clients.
- Negotiate offers, prices, rental terms, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate and updated client and property information in the CRM system.
- Follow up consistently with leads and existing clients to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, property prices, communities, and new developments.
- Achieve individual sales and leasing targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of property owners, investors, buyers, and tenants.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Consultant, Real Estate Agent, Property Advisor, Sales Consultant, or Leasing Consultant.
- Previous experience in UAE real estate, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market.
- Proven track record in real estate sales and/or leasing.
- Excellent sales, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong lead generation and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
- UAE real estate experience is highly preferred.
